Open Question: Is the whole brouhaha about UK citizens twittering ambiguously before their holiday in US absurd?

I would argue it is, it's paranoia combined with America insistence on controlling world. Two UK citizens face extradition on different charges. If America can pluck people up like this, for such heinous crimes as posting a tweet with the words "destroy the USA" in referring to fact they're wanting to party hard and be taken out of country for this.
